Eneslow Customer Service Policy

Online/Internet Policy
  • In-stock items – Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • Out-of-stock items - If merchandise you ordered is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by e-mail within three business days after your order has been placed.
Returns
  • Returns must be within 15 days of order date and unworn with the original shoe box.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost unless there was a shipping error by Eneslow.




Eneslow In-Store Policy
  • All returns/exchanges require original receipt and are subject to manager’s approval.
  • No returns without original boxes.
  • No returns on worn/used items.
  • No returns or exchanges on clearance or sale merchandise.
  • No refunds on custom-made items, work or repairs.
  • Refund only within 3 days of purchase. No cash refunds.
  • Store credit and exchanges within 5 days of purchase.
  • All custom-made items, work or repairs require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Special orders on non-stocked merchandise are final.
  • No price adjustments on prior purchases.
  • Special orders on non-stocked merchandise are final and must be paid in full.

EPI Educational Cancellation Policy:
 
CANCELLATION & LATE REGISTRATION POLICY
You can receive a full refund less a $150.00 processing fee if EPI receives written notice at least 30 days prior to the course start date.  Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations less than 30 days prior to course start date.
